Mao is the Executive VP, Sales & Operations of Cano Molina Insurance Brokers.
He leads Cano Molina with a vision of becoming a Multicultural, Market Leader provider for the independent insurance agents of the future in the United States, while offering options, eligibility and a concierge experience for customers. He wants to focus our business model in our people, whether they are Internal Customers, external Customers and our Partners and Carriers.
Mao main plan is to always be one step ahead of the Insurance Agency Industry in the in the US, he decided to base our model in a different way than other agencies. Non-Traditional Walk-in Customers, Close Relations with Mortgage and Realtors Associations and its members and Face to Face Marketing with Small Business owners through the Coworking Space and Intelligent Referral Social Media Marketing.
Mao is an industry veteran with over 19 years of experience in the insurance field in Dominicana Republic and United States, including both insurance sales and business development. Throughout his career, he has led Sales Team, Designed New Products; applied strategies definition and execution.
He previously served as Sales Manager and Executive of some of the top insurance Companies in his country DR, and as Franchise Owner in the US. Mao holds two bachelor’s degrees in Education and Law from the University Catholica Santo Domingo.
